Katie Holmes is allowed to date again

Okay, in the category of I-really-didn't-know and Tom Cruise is seriously crazy: during the divorce in 2012, Tom demanded that his ex-wife Katie Holmes not date other men in public for five years. Supposedly in the interest of their daughter Suri, but actually just to avoid hurting his humongous ego (we think).

Do the math: 2012 plus 5 is 2017. And yes, who was spotted hand in hand on the beach with her new love? Katie Holmes. You can collect all the hats and sunglasses in the world for this, Katie, but we definitely saw it.

That new love is probably not so brand new, by the way, because sources say she has been seriously involved with Jamie Foxx since 2013. Yes, it's Jamie Foxx, a.k.a. Eric Marlon Bishop, who makes Katie forget all that Scientology nonsense from ex Tom. Whether they will officially confirm it is unclear, because Jamie Foxx usually keeps his private life pretty... private, yes.
