As you know, every morning on Amayzine there is a Look of the Day featuring a beautiful lady. And every now and then you see a look and think: goddamn. I need this in my life. Today is one of those days.

The always gorgeous Merrith (jewelry maker, kickboxing lover, and yes, here and there also a flight attendant) is wearing a look today that looks so delicious that I spontaneously feel like raiding my credit card. So this is what they mean by winter chic.

No really, I have a love/hate relationship with my winter wardrobe, but I spontaneously feel a spark of inspiration bubbling up when I look at these photos. Look at her shining in that lovely sweater from Maje and that ridiculously cool lilac Ganni jacket. Top it all off with a pair of Levi’s Vintage jeans, a bag from Sandro, and the always coveted wedge heels from Isabel Marant and you’re good to go. Merrith, shall we go shopping together this afternoon? I’ll bring the car around.
