Iris Zeilstra

A pleasant morning everyone. Are you a bit alive and kicking? Well, let me refresh you with this lovely appearance. You might recognize the sign on the wall, but this is the woman behind the most delightful Pluk Amsterdam in the 9 Streets. Her name is Iris Zeilstra and she is 28 years young. Iris started the restaurant De Luwte and lunchroom Ree7 with her husband and opened Pluk together with her sister. Yes, I just typed that she is indeed 28. But hey, that lovely outfit has been shouting since sentence one ‘woman with vision and taste’.

With a long blazer in the darkest blue, you swish away all the nonsense of Monday with one swoop. Iris lets her husband's coat and bag (a Chanel, guys, a Chanel) do the work, as she combines it with a nice basic pair of pants from Topshop and a shirt from H&M. A pump with the perfect heel height from Zara (where you can definitely stock up on five pairs according to Iris), your Valentine’s gift in the form of a Rolex on your wrist and that Monday is yours. So if you’re still standing in front of your closet with your hands in your hair, you know what you’re wearing today. You can grab a coffee or juice to go from Iris on your way to work. And then of course you’ll go back for lunch later.
