Good evening friends, welcome to the Milanese fashion madness day two. Phew, and I thought yesterday was a cool day (something with Anna Wintour one and a half meters in front of your nose, Anna Dello Russo in the picture and the madness surrounding the Gucci show). If you missed that, check here the report of day 1. Because Lil and I are in Milan and today the schedule was once again packed.

The day here standardly starts with a total clothing crisis where bras, curling irons, and heels are flying around, but at half past nine sharp we were at Palazzo del Senato for the Max Mara show. Good lordy, what a beautiful location and overall What. A. Cool Show. I want an oversized teddy coat in an earth tone RIGHT NOW. Oh, and also a note to myself: dear, invest more in ton sur ton looks. I actually don't know what was cooler; that Gigi Hadid came bouncing by within touching distance or that Dutch pride Romee Strijd, Kiki Willems, Maartje Verhoef, and Jessie Bloemendaal were all walking too.

‘Just one more selfie with Suki Waterhouse, and off we go’

After the show we sprinted towards Emilio Pucci. Okay okay, sprinted towards the taxi then, you understand. Embarrassing or not, we are casually spending a fortune on car rides here. But hey, Lil is limping and I am lazy and in days of haste and stress, anything goes. Through our friends at MAC we could backstage go backstage at Pucci. Sneaking a peek backstage in a nutshell? Sequins, long neon fringes down to the ground, amazing footwear and above all: colored mascara. Because that was what everyone was talking about backstage. White lashes, green, orange, purple; everything is allowed this season.

After our backstage visit it was time for a Prêt-À-Portea (fun fun idea) with British Airways. Where a fashion show was held with stewardess outfits through the years, where we were welcomed with loads of tea and HELLO, and where there were cookies in the shape of Moschino bags, Dolce & Gabbana heels, and Burberry trench coats. Those airlines know how to please the fashion girls. Then invite British top model Suki Waterhouse and the party is complete. Oh no, almost complete, because David Gandy also came to take a look. You know, that Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue ad hunk with that little white swimsuit on that air mattress in the sea. Yes, that one. I was almost in need of resuscitation. What a jawline. What a height. And before this post also takes on the length of a top model, I suggest you especially take a look at our photo diary. Were you secretly a bit there too.

Tomorrow for the last time catch up about Fashion Week? We are going into the city for a cocktail. Bye!
