The guest house of Michael Jackson is for sale
(for 39 million)
Anyone still looking for a cozy little place in The Big Apple? In the Upper East Side to be precise? Anyone who thought that none other than The King of Pop needed no more than his estate Neverland is mistaken. Our Michael had another nice place and it just hit the market. For a bargain.
Michael's second residence is an oldie, built in 1898 by Architect Alexander Welch, the best man who has a number of beautiful properties in the big city to his name. The building consists of a mere six floors, seven bedrooms (not counting staff quarters) which are all equipped with an antique oak floor, ten fireplaces, a handful of balconies, and a large plot of land behind the house. If you happen to be somewhat claustrophobic: Central Park is your second backyard.
Are you starting to save up? 39 million dollars. Bargain.
