I'm currently steaming Kiek ready for Ex Rob and I have now been labeled as a personal trainer. Soon a new gym will open around the corner and ALL OF A SUDDEN everyone wants a tight butt. But then it's the weekend and those cuties here all go wild on wine and cake and yes, there you go. To ensure that my lovely colleagues don't go completely wild on the weekend, I have a few more tricks up my sleeve. Download these apps on your phone to make the path to that tight bikini body a bit easier.

Fooducate

This mobile food coach helps you make healthy choices. The app scans the barcode of a product and indicates with an A, B, C, or D how high the product is in nutritional value. It shows what ingredients are in it, the amount of sugars, additives, and color and flavoring agents. Then the app gives you advice on whether you should skip the product if you want to lose weight or just eat healthier.

Locavore

This app is already my favorite. Locavore tells you which fruits and vegetables are in season and therefore the best to eat. But there's more. It also shows you where you can buy the best local vegetables and fruits from local farmers or organic markets nearby. Enter your groceries in the app and Locavore gives you the tastiest recipes back.

Lose It!

Similar to My Fitness Pal, you enter your goal in this app. The app then adjusts to your goals. Enter your meals, search for ingredients, and see what you can throw in the trash from now on. Besides your nutrition, you can also log your workouts and take on challenges with other members.

Calorific

This app gives you a very good idea of what a certain number of calories looks like. For people who have no idea what they consume in a day, this is the app that should not be missing from your phone. Because at the end of the day, the question is always: how much have I consumed and how much have I burned?

Earn money by setting goals? Want to lose a few pounds and give yourself one month to do it? Set an amount and share this with your fellow fighters. If you don't succeed within four weeks, you also lose your money. Bet that those excuses will disappear like snow in the sun?

Eating out can be a challenge when you want to watch your weight. With HealthyOut, this no longer has to be the case. Enter your location in the app and it tells you what the healthiest dishes on the menu are. And don't even think about grabbing those fries from your neighbor.

For all the non-runners among us, this is the app. Because you don't achieve a healthy weight just by eating healthy. The Coach to 5K app is a nine-week plan that gradually prepares you to run five kilometers in one go. And if you don't make it within the nine weeks (something about excuses or vacation), the app gives you the option to stretch the time a bit. Ultimately, patience is very important when starting to run.
