RICE CAKE TOPPINGS

At our editorial office, it's almost a competition to see who can build the tastiest rice cakes. Building, yes, because just a slice of cheese won't steal the show here. One layer. Come on, that should be at least two. Let's top that cake, preferably sky-high. These are currently our favorites. What’s your golden combo? You know where to find me, right….

1. Hummus – sambal – pickle
2. Almond butter – banana – dark chocolate
3. Smashed avocado – sea salt – salmon
4. Hüttenkäse – turkey breast – smoked paprika – cress
5. Tuna salad – strips of bell pepper – spring onion
6. Soft goat cheese – walnut – balsamic cream

And uhhh according to my colleagues, every meal should have a dessert. Butter – peanut butter – sea salt. Voilà, the editorial team indulges.
