SLEEP MAKES YOU BEAUTIFUL

Rise and shine, beautiful. Slept well? I did, because I have some nice news. Beauty sleep really exists. A few extra hours of sleep make us all a little prettier, healthier, and also more pleasant. Whooop. This is the perfect excuse to stay under the covers a few extra hours on your lazy Saturday morning. Who's with me?
How do I know all this so well? Well, a study from the University of Stockholm shows that two nights of poor sleep is enough to make you less attractive and less inviting to be around. Say what? Bring on those warm comforters and head-hugging pillows. I already know enough. But seriously, this must be the easiest way to score some beauty points. No exhausting workouts, impossible diets, or sticky creams. Just sleep well. Easy as pie.

So say goodbye to those cups of coffee, cans of energy drinks, and unnecessary snacking to stay awake. Just welcome that tiredness. I can manage with a few extra hours of sleep. May, shall we start an hour later every day? Or schedule an afternoon nap after lunch? Everyone bring an air mattress and sleeping bag to the office? Because that will make us even prettier. But don't panic if you can't catch those extra hours; the researchers have also clearly stated that a night of poor sleep every now and then has no impact on your health. So that night out or all-nighter won't hurt. But don't make it a habit.
