Sleeping naked is healthy
I have the drawers full. From piles of Victoria's Secret lingerie to way too big shirts. I put everything in there except sleep. Pajamas, I'm not married to them. So I do wear them sometimes but not in bed. There I prefer to step in très nude. And did you know that this is supposed to be very healthy? These are the reasons why you should also take off your pajamas before diving into your nest from now on.
Because you don't have warm fabrics around you, your body temperature naturally decreases when you enter deep sleep. Sleeping with a (warm) pajama can disrupt this natural temperature drop. And as a result, it could very well be that you don't enter that deep sleep. With the consequence: insomnia.
2. You feel sexier
Come on now. Whatever you do naked, it definitely makes you feel sexy and therefore confident. And the more confident you feel, the better you look. So what are you waiting for?
3. Your punani finally gets some air
Your down under is unfortunately a breeding ground for bacteria and yeast. By occasionally letting it air down there, you keep your vagina healthy and free from unpleasant odors.
4. Hello flat stomach
Are you well on your way to growing a six-pack? Then throw those clothes aside. The cooler your body is, the harder it has to work to keep you warm. Burning calories while sleeping, I mean: that's just too good to be true?
5. Convenience serves mankind
Brushing teeth, clothes in the laundry basket, and straight into bed.
6. Ventilation
By sleeping in pajamas, you quickly get too warm in bed. And especially in the summer, that means: sweaty armpits and sticky greasy hair. If you sleep naked, you won't have that problem and you can even skip that morning shower. Read: sleep longer.
7. Natural viagra
Just ask your love. Bet that he or she prefers you au naturel next to them?
