ADVERTORIAL

That's just green

So you prefer to eat organic (definitely tastier), skip meat at least one day a week, seriously consider buying an electric car (much better for the environment and let's be honest: all those available parking spaces do something for you) and you don't mind setting the temperature a degree lower. You obviously don't brush your teeth in the shower anymore because before you know it, you're steaming for ten minutes and that's not good for the environment at all.

If you thought it couldn't get any greener, I have something extra for you to increase your green factor. You can choose a green bank that invests in sustainable energy and a low CO2 economy. There are also green cosmetic products. Check out Reina Organics, she even has vegan products that are really good for your skin too. Have you ever thought about the green factor of your phone provider? Admittedly: I hadn't thought about it for a second either, but KPN is for example the greenest telecom company. They promised to be climate neutral by 2020 (which means that processes do not contribute to climate pollution), but they were already in 2015. Simply because they take being green seriously. Not only literally (the house color of KPN is quite green), but also how they approach life.

Being climate neutral is just the starting point for a sustainable future. How can it get even better? By developing and deploying smart ICT products and services that allow us to save energy again, for example.

So if you thought it couldn't get any greener in your life, you now know better. Bring on your quinoa, your electric car, your environmentally conscious bank, and your green provider. I'm in.
