The most used apps of Simone

and they are of course all happy & healthy

The most used app on my phone? Instagram, no doubt about it. I wake up with it and go to bed with it. But I have a few of those addictions that I open even before I have both eyes open. The 365days Push-ups for example, where you set a goal for yourself and indicate how many push-ups you want to do each day. Trying to skip? Forget it girlfriend, you just get a friendly reminder on your screen. And there are a few more apps that you will want to have on your phone from now on. Start downloading...

1. Moves

Those extra steps, your bike route to work, sitting at your desk or on the couch. Whatever you do, this app keeps an eye on you. It accurately records all your movements and at the end of the day, it balances it out, with a customized sports timeline as a result. Bet you are now doing your best to create an extra nice timeline? Not your thing, May?

For Android and iOS (free).

2. Sit-ups Fitness Trainer

Indicate how many sit-ups you want to do per week and this app tells you every day how many repetitions you need to do. Let that summer come!

For Android (free).

3. Zombies, Run!

Do you find all those diehard runners strange creatures? Do you not understand a thing about the so-called runner's high? Then you want this app on your phone. Zombies, Run! is a running game where you hear a story through your earbuds. While you are making your round in Vondel, you run away from zombies and try to complete a certain mission. 4. Sleep Cycle

This app has been on my phone for years and not without reason. I wake up feeling much more rested and have more energy throughout the day. Sleep Cycle tracks your sleep pattern and wakes you up at the moment you are in light sleep so that you wake up as naturally as possible.

For iOS and Android, €0.99.

5. YOGAmazing

I would love to do a yoga class once or twice a week, but unfortunately my schedule does not allow that at the moment. Something about too many different types of workouts already in my schedule. With this app, I can still do some stretching exercises from time to time without having to set aside hours for it. Your yoga class right in your own living room in just 25 minutes.

iOS, €4.99.

6. Pic Healthy

When your plate is served, that fit chick across from you is first taking pictures for ten minutes. Yes, I'm talking about myself. Could you use some motivation or are you just like me a huge fan of food photography, then you want this app on your phone. With Pic Healthy, you take pictures of your own food, share them with friends, and then they rate your plate on health and of course on appearance. Have you lost a bit of motivation or could you use some inspiration, then this app is definitely for you.

iOS and Android (free).
