The new workout from England

Dear colleagues, on this rainy Tuesday I bring you the best news you will receive this week. Now I know that sports news is not your favorite, but this little tidbit will even make your heart race. Our neighbors are coming up with a new sport called Napercise. Indeed: getting slim while sleeping. Really Kiek, it exists! With this new workout, you can lie comfortably in bed for forty-five minutes and still burn calories.

Spinning bikes make way for neatly made beds and the music is turned off. Unfortunately, the temperature of the room where the beds are is far from pleasant, but that means your body has to work hard to stay warm. And that’s how you burn your little fats. Additionally, the nap is said to improve mental well-being, mood, and thus also increase calorie burning. The workout not only gives your body an enormous boost but also reduces stress. According to experts and the founders of Napercise, a nap is very underrated and much more important than people think.

Now I wonder what you wear during these 45 minutes of napping and what happens to snorers in the room. Ladies, who wants to test it in London? I could use a nap…
