THIS IS THE VEGETABLES AND FRUITS OF THE SEASON
It's here, spring has officially begun. That the legs can finally be bare again (hate the tights) and the freckles are coming out again is not the only thing that makes my heart skip a beat. A new season means new vegetables and fruits. The last pumpkins (ugh), tubers, and other winter vegetables are flying out of the store, it's spring's turn. Mashed potatoes, stews, and hearty soups make way for fresh salads, colorful vegetables, and fresh fruits.
Cooking with seasonal vegetables and fruits goes hand in hand with a conscious eating pattern. Conscious means not only the right nutrition for your bikini body, but especially taking into account the environment, the surroundings, and nature. By getting seasonal products from the farmer around the corner, you not only contribute to a better environment, these products also contain the most vitamins and minerals. I can really look forward to certain seasonal vegetables. Having oatmeal with fresh strawberries for breakfast or at the end of the day seeking the sun with a colorful salad with grilled sweet peach and salty halloumi? Delicious.
Especially for you, this seasonal overview so you at least know what to get in the coming weeks.
