This is how you keep a juice day yourself

Nowadays, juice bars and juice hotspots are popping up everywhere, and you are bombarded with detox juice curesn. All nice and well, but those cures cost you a fortune and take up space in the fridge. Want to schedule a balance day every now and then, but don’t want to spend dozens of euros on a crate of juice? With this juice day schedule, you give your body a boost after a heavy weekend of partying or a calorie-rich vacation.

Get up: drink at least half a liter of lukewarm water with the juice of 1 lemon and a piece of fresh ginger.

7:30 AM: carrot/apple/ginger juice

– 3 carrots

– 2 apples

– 1 small piece of ginger

11:00 AM: green machine

– 1 cucumber

– 3 celery sticks

– 2 green apples

– handful of chopped green cabbage

– juice of half a lime

– piece of ginger

1:00 PM: gazpacho

– 4 tomatoes

– 1 cucumber

– 2 celery sticks

– 1 yellow bell pepper

– 1 small red onion

– 2 bunches of parsley

– 1 lime

– splash of olive oil

4:00 PM: the afternoon snack

– half a red beet

– half an apple

– piece of pineapple

– juice of half a lemon

– 750 ml water

7:00 PM: detox evening juice

-1 red beet

– 1 carrot

– half a lemon

– 1/4 yellow bell pepper

– piece of cucumber

– 1 apple

– 1 stalk of celery

– 3 cm broccoli stem

- 1 avocado
In between: water, herbal or fresh ginger tea.
