A whole tub of Ben & Jerry’s, but half the calories
Hooray, hooray, adoration and idolization for those folks at Ben & Jerry’s. What great ideas they have there, I want to give them a standing ovation. First, there’s an ice cream variant for the person who is allergic to just about everything, and now for us. As in: the same cup, but half the calories. Even better news: it’s available for purchase starting today.
The ‘healthier’ Ben & Jerry’s comes in the flavors Caramel Cookie Fix and Chocolate Cookie Dough. After one serving, you’ll have consumed 128 or 132 calories. There’s the gi-gantic catch, of course, because a serving is supposed to be 100 milliliters. Now, a tub of B&J’s is 500 milliliters, and we roughly scoop out half of that. A quick calculation shows that a serving is therefore about 250 calories. But that’s still half of a normal Ben & Jerry’s. So, a win. And another hooray.
