Travel

Are you going to the same holiday resort again?

Of course you want to make memories and step out of your comfort zone. It's good for the soul. But sometimes there's nothing better than repeating a tried-and-true recipe. So you've booked another ticket Ibiza or are you like me going to Southern Italy for the fourteenth time; nothing to be ashamed of. I give you 6 ringing excuses.

Anticipation

When you know what's coming, the anticipation is even greater. You look forward to the pool with a view, the zucchini tart with salmon, the perfect strawberry daiquiri, or that divine frappé you discovered at that gas station along the highway from the airport to your hotel.

No misses

You know where to eat well and you've already made reservations for the right day. You know the less successful restaurants by now, so your list only contains hits. From beach bar to yoga class on the beach to the club where you go dancing at night; you know where to be and everything is a bullseye.

The language

Because you've been there so often, you speak the language a little better each year. And you understand the culture and traditions more and more. Suddenly your vacation is a bit useful after all.

They know you

That nice lady at the reception, the guy with the sunbeds, the seater at the trendy restaurant: they know you. And because you've always been nice and generous with the tip, they make sure you get the perfect room and spots.

Total relaxation

Those museums (by the way, these are the best museums in fashion cities) and you've long checked off those caves, so you can lie down on your bed without any guilt.

The vacation starts right away

Because you found your guy at the airport who helps you skip the long line for the rental cars, you know where to grab that delicious frappé on the way, and because you know that nice lady at the reception, your room is ready first and you can check in right away, even though it's only eleven in the morning. By the way, she has already arranged that late check-out for your departure day.

Happy holidays!
