Breakfast at Sunny’s

So I’m really a sucker for breakfasts; from steaming bowls of oatmeal to well-filled omelets with avocado or some soft goat cheese. So now I have a new favorite and I owe it all to a new hotspot in the heart of Amsterdam. Sunny’s Breakfast Bar is a temporary pop-up store that whips up the most delicious breakfast bowls for you. The type of bowl that you normally only get served in sun-drenched Bali or somewhere in a trendy surfer hotspot down under. If you have breakfast at Sunny’s, you at least know that you’ve got your dose of vitamins for the rest of the day, because besides the freshest, organic, and colorful fruits, they also throw in a chunk of cauliflower, a piece of sweet potato, or a handful of beans into the blender. After the vitamin shot is poured into your bowl, the Sunny’s girls top it off with a generous dose of goodies; from seeds and nuts to dried fruits and from nut butter to Zonnatura’s crunchy granola.
