George and Amal; the beginning

Okay, I'm going to be completely honest: I have a small fascination with George Clooney and his wife Amal Alamuddin. He was the world's most desirable bachelor, she (presumably) the world's most beautiful human rights lawyer and also incredibly smart. And then I picture them in that house on Lake Como, where it's ridiculously beautiful (free travel tip in the early morning). With a marriage that makes you drool, in such a sublimely polished wooden Riva (that's a boat). A fascination yes, let's leave out the small part.

Suddenly, George Clooney was a guest on the Netflix show ‘My Next Guest Needs No Introduction’ by David Letterman. We were treated to his meeting with Amal as a bonus. I had just mentioned that house by Lake Como, well that's where George met his wife Amal. As Letterman says: “You didn't even have to leave your house.” A friend of George's came by and brought her along. Meanwhile, George's agent was on the line saying: “I've met the woman who's coming to your house and with whom you're going to marry.” At that moment, his parents were also present in his little place, so everything was immediately arranged and set for marriage. Even though George initially thought Amal just wanted to remain friends. Uhuh, George, do you believe that yourself?

Rumor has it that the two are married so that George can become a presidential candidate. Man oh man, how good life would be then.
