Heaven on earth: a pop-up risotto restaurant is coming

The soft. Creamy. Sticky. With parmesan, lemon or mushrooms: you know exactly what I mean. Risotto lovers, I have good news. On Tuesday, October 9th, a Michelin-star level risotto restaurant will open for one night only. Yes, you read that right, I said Michelin-star level. Peroni Risotteria is the legendary name to remember, led by the Italian star chefs The Costardi Brothers. Who, what, where? Tuesday, October 9th at Aambeeldstraat 36 in Amsterdam-Noord (restaurant Hangar). And just saying: those who want to reserve need to be quick, as there is only room for 100 people.
