I wish I were a cat with nine lives: a refresher course Kees & Co

My heart skipped five beats in a row when I heard that Kees Heistee will soon be back on our devices, complete with cow pajamas. I secretly think I am Kees’ lost daughter. Well, before I sign up for Spoorloos: eight important things about this chunk of nostalgia:

To begin with: laurel and praise for Simone Kleinsma who, after an incredibly tough year, is eager to pick up the Kees & Co thread again.
In the series, he was portrayed as a cross between a reptile collector and a vampire, and yet I was crazy about Rudie. And apparently, I'm not the only one. In the new series, Coosje runs off with Casanova Heistee.
As a jealous creature would, I dug deep into this Case. Because who is Coosje? There are very few people from whom I take my loss. If I have to choose, let it absolutely be Chantal Janzen. Three cheers for her, she’s in this season.
. A disappointment is that Kees' Co, neighbor Sonja, is missing in the new series. It was recently announced that Plien (from Bianca) from Bennekom will be Miss Heistee's neighbor.
Where has Ben actually gone? Recently, there was confusion within our group of friends about his status. Unfortunately, heaven couldn’t wait for Ben. During a tragic accident, the plumber got a toilet bowl on his head and died.
Another revelation is that Nikkie Plessen was part of the Kees & Co cast for two years. She played the role of stepdaughter Mariël Speijer. Styling-wise, it was a missed opportunity that she didn’t have Kate Moss in her address book back then.
Saving the best for last. You had posters of this man on your wall. Sascha Visser, a heartthrob through and through. And apparently, there is still moving TV footage of him on Ziggo Sport. Maybe it’s time to switch to another provider?
Hang the countdown calendar on the wall, because in three months the series will start. From March 30, 2019, on RTL and Videoland. And don’t forget to practice that intro, okay?
