It's getting out of hand

feud between Kim and Sarah reaches a low point

Sex and the City colleagues Kim Cattrall and Sarah Jessica Parker have not exactly been able to see eye to eye for years, that was already clear. But now their endless bickering has reached a low point.

On Instagram, Kim (61), who plays Samantha in the popular series, harshly criticizes Sarah. A week ago, it was announced that Kim's brother Chris had suddenly passed away. He was initially missing and sister Kim searched for him via social media. Half a day later, the actress announced that it did not end well. Jessica responds under a photo of Kim with her brother Chris and writes: “Dearest Kim, my love and condolences to you and your loved ones and all the best for your dear brother. Xx.”

Kim clearly wants nothing to do with that. She now responds with a post on Instagram: “My mother asked me today: when will that hypocritical Sarah Jessica Parker leave you alone? The fact that you are now constantly reaching out to me only reminds me more of the fact that you were mean when we worked together and still are. Let me make this VERY clear now (as far as I haven't already done so). You are not family to me. You are not a friend of mine. So I ask you once again not to use my family's grief to create a ‘nicer image’ for yourself.” Ouch.

The strange thing is: in an earlier post on Instagram, Kim thanked her SATC colleagues for their support and kind messages after her brother's passing. She clearly did not mean SJP.

Kim indicated years ago that she felt very excluded on the set of SATC, particularly by the one and only Carrie Bradshaw. The chance of a reunion of the popular show is therefore negligible. At least, not with Samantha Jones as one of the four friends. And now that you know they hate each other in real life, you look at all the reruns just a little differently.
