Living in Amsterdam is bizarrely bad for you

Just grabbing a juice at the juice bar, hitting the gym for an hour in the morning, and after work you whip up a poke bowl. Super responsible, you think, right? It is, but if you live in Amsterdam, you're still being unhealthy.

You want to know how that works. A long weekend in Paris, Rome, or our Amsterdam is equivalent to smoking two (2!) cigarettes. I just quit that nonsense, so I still smoke two butts every three days. If you take a weekend trip to Barca or Dublin, you only smoke ‘one’. In Milan and London, you're at a hefty three, but if you want to quit, you definitely shouldn't go to Istanbul or Prague. The air pollution there will easily add up to four cigarettes per long weekend. And this is just a few days and then gone, just imagine how your health is doing if you live there.
