Okay, cross off the bucket list: writing for a magazine. Yes, who wouldn't want to follow in the footsteps of Lauren Conrad from The Hills? MTV Weekend break, I was glued to the screen all weekend. I wanted to be Lauren Conrad, with the long dresses and the two braids in her hair, a mega bag and not to forget the BlackBerry Bold…

But actually, I'm not that glamorous at all. Friends and family always joke that they want to create a ‘Lizzy revealed Instagram’. Without makeup, hair in a bun and often actually wearing a tracksuit. Could I see my Instagram as my ‘alter ego’?

I do see fashion as an obsession. It's a challenge for me to see how far I can go with trends. I'm not someone who follows a hundred series. Prefer Pinterest over Netflix. Funny, because I actually don't come from a super creative family. I come from a real Rotterdam family where it was mainly about trade. They always saw it as a hobby that got out of hand that I took way too seriously. Until I earned my first money with it; then everyone was left speechless.

Now this next step has arrived. I find it super fun! I'm going to take you along on all my adventures. Today is where my Amayzine adventure starts, the rest is still unwritten.
