Meghan and Harry are moving and it is not the place everyone expects
Something is going on with the British royals: the pregnant Meghan and her prince Harry are moving. But it's not going according to plan, let's say.
Because what turns out: they are not going to Kensington Palace as expected, where the rest of the royals live, like William and Kate. But it seems that the brothers do not want to live next to each other, because Meghan and Harry are going to Frogmore Cottage, which belongs to Windsor Castle. But it's not super over-the-top luxury.
Everyone assumed that the two would live with their spring baby next to William, Kate, and their three children George, Charlotte, and Louis. The apartment in Kensington Palace has therefore been renovated in recent months and was finished in October. It cost, ahem, 1.24 million euros. And then to say: no, thank you, not after all. Okay, that works too. The difference is that Frogmore is a whopping 30 kilometers or so outside of London – so they won't be there very quickly. And they will still have their office at Kensington Palace.
So what happened? What's going on? Are Meghan and Kate not getting along or is it purely a decision from the brothers, that it might be ‘better for the family bond’ not to always be in each other's space? We want to know. But of course, they will never tell us...
