The 5 trips you can book on Black Friday for a bargain price

First of all: don't let yourself be driven crazy. Everyone at the editorial office is wandering around a bit feverishly, wondering if it's really a good deal or if we're just being completely taken for a ride? A bit of both, let's just leave it at that. It's good to keep in mind that in the ‘business’ they significantly raise prices leading up to Black Friday and the start of the sale. But even so, you can still score some bargains. Here are the 5 trips you can book now for a great price.

1. With HEMA to New York for €549
But HEMA, what are you doing now? The department store is sending you to New York for a pittance. You depart between January 7 and March 31, 2019. Your hotel is not entirely certain yet, but hey, you're in New York. And no one has ever been worse off for a little living on the edge.

2. A week to Cape Verde for €299
Neckermann delivers you a week in the sun for €300. You have a return ticket, all-inclusive under your behind, and you lie in the sun for seven days at the end of January. Quite nice. Our Danique is already booking.

3. For €9 and a little one-way ticket to a European destination
You may be flying with Ryanair, but so be it. You can be in a city of your choice for a tenner per person. Without anything extra, by the way, because you pay the airline for every kilo and centimeter extra. Select Eindhoven as your airport and you fly for €9.78 to Faro, London, Malaga, Malta, Marseille, Porto, Prague, Rome, Valencia, or Venice.

4. With KLM to Mauritius for €549
KLM doesn't do Black Friday, but they do throw in a deal here and there with the Blue Fly Days. In my world, that means you're actually doing Black Friday off the record, but in a quirky way. You can sit for about €500 with your derrière in Curaçao, Mauritius, or Aruba. Not bad, not bad at all.

5. With Booking.com more nights for less
Kiki is already booking all her stays in Bali today, but even if you're going for a night to Marrakech, it's worth checking and comparing with the hotel giant this weekend. A thousand-and-one-night riad with 40 percent discount per night is much more pleasant to sleep in.

And for when you're sweating behind the laptop now: don't worry, most providers will continue with bargains all weekend long. So you can just scroll around on the net tomorrow at your leisure.
