The big Easter workout
Okay, who also completely let themselves go this morning? I not only indulged in that humongous chocolate Easter bunny, but the famous sweet brioche buns from mom also went down very easily for me (including a thick layer of butter). Despite the fact that I also struggle to stop those caramel-sea salt filled chocolate eggs, I am fortunately not having any trouble training those calories off again. Only, since I am currently in the south of the country, my favorite High class is not on today and I will have to make do with the few square meters around me. So girlfriend, get out of that lazy chair, put on your workout gear and join in on this HIIT @ home. You can do the workout just between the Easter treats, it’s quick and will make your heart rate sky high. Then you can dive into the next feast.
