The new love of Afrojack

Suddenly there was the photo and the confession. Not on Afrojack's Instagram account (he seems to be leading an Insta-life without loves, probably to attract more chirping little figures), but on the 3.6 million follower account of Elettra Lamborghini. Elettra who? It's high time to introduce her to you.

1. Lamborghini, isn't that from...

That's right, Elettra Lamborghini is the granddaughter of Ferruccio Lamborghini, the farmer's son who started the car brand Lamborghini. And Lamborghini (pronounced with a hard ‘g’, so LamborGKini and not Lambordjini) are indeed the Italian sports cars you shouldn't aspire to if you don't have six zeros behind the amount in your bank account.

2. Doesn't Afrojack have a warm relationship with the brand anyway?

Certainly, certainly. Afro likes to drive a little Lamborghini. And occasionally park one in the guardrail.

3. And Elettra herself, where should we know her from?

If you're involved in equestrian sports in Italy, you might know her from that because at one point it was her ambition to become a professional equestrian. She has abandoned that plan. Elettra is a jack-of-all-trades who hops from presenting for MTV to being a contestant on Big Brother (Gran Hermano) and Super and Geordie Shore, respectively the Italian and English versions of Jersey Shore, a reality show where people are housemates in a coastal town.

4. Tell me, what kind of person is she?

Well, she probably doesn't have Proust and Tolstoy on her nightstand. At most, the Chi and a comb to keep her fake eyelashes in check.

5. Does she have a job?

Elettra is, well, how shall we put it, a social butterfly who flits from gig to gig. Fortunately, she has plenty of time in between for a visit to the tattoo parlor and there's always a moment for a tingling Insta-snap.

6. True love, those two?

Her latest Insta post doesn't lie. That she wishes everyone someone like him who makes her laugh and makes her feel like a princess every day. And that he is special. We forgive her the grammatical mistakes. It can happen to the best of us, after all, and Afrojack himself certainly won't lose sleep over it. He has better things to do.
