These are the new star affairs of the country
The mission is as good as accomplished: at the beginning of 2019, I will move to Amsterdam. And when I live here, I eat out, about two or sometimes three times a week. I get messages all the time from people who are ‘doing’ Amsterdam for ‘a day’. You have to, you understand.
On Sunday, gastronomic Dutch cuisine received its stars. In the new Michelin guide, you can find where to go for little treats and crispy bites. Refresh your geography for a star dinner, because the best kitchens can be found in Zwolle (yes, De Librije), Vaassen (that's De Leest in Gelderland) and in the Zeeland Kruiningen (Interscaldes).
After the star storm, our country counts 110 Michelin establishments. Enough reason to have a culinary evening. Four, five, six or eleven courses; go loco. And this way, you immediately give your Christmas dress a second life.
We held an internal culinary conclave. These are the favorite restaurants of the Amayzine editorial team. Maybe not stars, but delicious.
