Things you recognize if you are a creative flitterer
You are a hero when it comes to making beautiful things. Creating is your thing. But at the same time, you are chaotic as hell and can never make a normal choice without hesitating for a quarter of an hour. Annoying? Un poco. But see it as something fun. You are just mega creative. And, flutterer, you probably recognize this...
1. Your brain easily works overtime
Pause button, what is that? You have no idea. Some people seem to be able to turn it off. You don’t know how. Not even at night.
2. Hi chaos in the little head
Your passport. That was somewhere because you saw it recently. And ‘Can you call me because I lost my phone‘ is also a sentence you often need. Shit, how stupid. Forgot your best friend's birthday. WHERE THE HELL ARE THOSE HOUSE KEYS?
3. You don’t give up
No? What is that? Something can’t be done? Why not? Of course it can. Smash it with that thing. And yes, okay, you sometimes slip up, but with this quality, you can sometimes achieve impossible things.
4. You get distracted quickly
The energy with which you start something is not normal, but when something ‘new’ and therefore more interesting comes your way, you quickly lose interest. And that is quite kaaa-uuu-teee with a capital K.
5. You stay true to yourself
With all the crazy antics you have. You remain true to yourself, even when that meets misunderstanding in your environment. Maybe that is your definition of success.
6. You go from sky high to rock bottom
In other words: your creativity has highs and lows. Sometimes there is (too) much activity and sometimes (too) little. Or you are busy like a mad bull or you can only do nothing all day. Finding a good balance is not your strong suit.
7. You know a hyperfocus where people can’t disturb you
When you are really comfortable in your cocoon, you can look up very sourly when someone suddenly disturbs you. Hatsa, that razor-sharp focus is gone. One can work hard and at the same time chat at the office, the other (read: you) needs to be in a hermetically sealed bubble to get anything done.
8. Your inner child always remains
Long live the fun, the adventure, and the mystery. Creative brains maintain a childlike wonder for life. Keep that up, it suits you, baby.
