This is how you get a perfetto marriage

My first glass, that first sip, I still remember getting a little bit of Disaronno from my mother. Under strict supervision, mind you, within the walls of my parental home. The glass had such a small air bubble at the bottom and I found that incredibly interesting, but I was sold when I smelled it.

In the beginning, I sometimes disrespectfully poured it into my coffee, for which I apologize, later I served it alongside. The weight of the cap, the curves of that bottle, the flávor; it was a party in a glass. Still is, by the way. Just like those first jeans from Trussardi; everything I wore on it had to be short-shorter-shortest, because you wanted to label it. As in: making sure the cool brand in the top right corner of the waist was clearly visible for the viewers. You learn not to flaunt brands later in life.

Now you might be thinking: huh, your first glass, huh, your first jeans, the point is coming, folks, the point is coming. My two first loves, Disaronno and Trussardi, now suddenly seem to go together, in the Iconic Project. Trussardi follows Missoni, Cavali, Versace, and Moschino in the line of icons that get to adorn the limited bottle. Something Disaronno has been doing for six years with fashion houses from Italian soil.

The two found each other in tradition, innovation, and refinement. You recognize the bottle by its refined texture, the clear brush strokes, and of course the greyhound logo. One takes the bottle of Disaronno and wraps it in the design of Trussardi, and you get a true collector's item. A bit like how it all started for me, I love this marriage. And let that limited bottle also do perfetto under the tree. Another gift checked off.
