By taking part in the win competition organised by Amayzine, participants will have a chance to win one of the prizes in the Amayzine advent calendar 2025.

The Conditions of Promotion below apply to this competition. Please read these carefully.

Conditions of competition

1. General
- The prize draw (“Promotion”) is offered and organised by Amayzine (“PilotStudio B.V.”) based in Amsterdam Pilotenstraat 23 (“Amayzine”). These Conditions of Action apply to the Promotion.
- By participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees to the applicability of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion period
- The Promotion takes place to promote Amayzine.com (in the Netherlands) and runs from 1 December - 31 December 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
- Participation in the Promotion is only possible during the Promotion Period

3. Participation
- To stand a chance of winning the Prize, the Participant must fill in his or her details at www.amayzine.com after which the Participant will receive a confirmation of his or her participation.
- If the details are not left or are incomplete, the Participant will have no chance of winning the Prize.
- Each Participant may play a maximum of once per day, with one e-mail address during the Promotion Period.
- Every Participant must have entered by 11.59pm.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old.
- Participants must have a permanent place of residence or domicile in the Netherlands.
- There is no cost to participate (except for internet usage fees).
- Participation does not oblige the Participant to purchase goods and/or services.
- Employees of Amayzine, its dealer network as well as anyone involved in any way directly or indirectly in an organisational sense in this Promotion are excluded from Participating.
- Amayzine has the right to exclude a Participant from this Promotion if it appears that the Participant has (i) provided false, incomplete or misleading information, (ii) otherwise committed or attempted to commit fraud, (iii) unduly influenced the Promotion, or (iv) otherwise engaged in impermissible behaviour.

4. The Price
- The Prize belonging to the Promotion consists of a different prize every day, via the Amayzine advent calendar schedule.
- The Prize will be given once.
- The Prize will be sent to the winner by Amayzine or the relevant brand.
- The Prize is not redeemable for cash, vouchers or any other prize.

5. Announcement of winner
- All Participants have a chance to win the Prize.
- On each subsequent day, the winner of the Prize will be announced. The Prize can only be awarded to a Participant who has left complete and accurate personal and contact details.
- The winner of the Prize will be notified personally via the e-mail address linked to his or her entry form.
- No correspondence can be entered into regarding the results and awarding of the prize.
- After the Prize is announced to the respective winner, the winner has 3 days (72 hours) to confirm that he or she has learned of winning the Prize and accept the Prize.
- The winner is solely responsible for his or her timely acceptance of the Prize.
- Confirmation or acceptance of the Prize may be made by sending the winner's address details to the email address: advents@amayzine.com. Confirmation of winning this Prize by Amayzine will also be made from this email address.
- If the winner does not send a confirmation or acceptance within 3 days (72 hours) after the announcement of the Prize, the right to the Prize expires. In that case, Amayzine will select a new winner.
- The winner consents to Amayzine reporting on the Prize and the winner in its own media.
- In the event of cancellation of the Prize by the Participant, the right to the Prize will lapse.
- No correspondence can be entered into regarding the results of the Promotion.

6. Liability
- Amayzine makes no guarantees about the Prize.
- Use of the Prize takes place at your own risk.
- Amayzine shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with (participation in) the Promotion, including (the consequences of) defects in the Prize provided by Amayzine.
- Amayzine is not liable for damages of any kind related to the use of its website(s) or links to third-party websites on its website or other technical facilities.
- Amayzine takes the utmost care in organising the Promotion and managing its website. Nevertheless, it is possible that the information displayed or provided may be incomplete or incorrect. Any inaccuracies, spelling mistakes or other similar errors on Amayzine's website and/or other (promotional) materials published by Amayzine of whatever nature shall not be held against Amayzine or give rise to any liability forAmayzine or any auxiliary staff and third parties engaged by Amayzine.
- Amayzine shall not be liable for damages in connection with (i) Participant's provision of an incorrect telephone number, e-mail or home address, which leads to an incorrect or unknown address of Participant, or (ii) any network, hardware or software failure resulting in limited or delayed provision of data by Participant, or loss of such data.

7. Personal data
- The personal data (name, date of birth, place of residence and e-mail) provided by the Participant to Amayzine in connection with the Promotion will be included in a database in Amayzine's Action database.
- Amayzine will process and use this personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act for the purpose of organising and running the Promotion, for example to contact the winner, as well as to identify Amayzine's target group.
- The Participant authorises Amayzine, to the extent necessary, to use his/her personal data for the organisation and implementation of the Promotion, as well as to identify Amayzine's target group.
- The Participant grants Amayzine, to the extent necessary, permission after participation to send the Participant email messages related to the Promotion. This includes an email after Participation to thank the Participant for his or her participation, and if applicable an email if to the Participant if the Participant is a winner of the Prize.
- The Participant gives Amayzine, provided it has the appropriate consent data, permission after participation to send the Participant email messages related to Amayzine.com.
- The Participant guarantees that all information provided by him/her is correct, up-to-date and complete.
- If the Participant wishes to change his/her data, or otherwise contact Amayzine regarding the use of his/her personal data, the Participant may contact Amayzine.com, Pilotenstraat 23, 1059 CH Amsterdam.

8. Other provisions
- Tax consequences, in whatever form, are always the responsibility of the winner, with the exception of gambling tax.
- Amayzine is entitled to unilaterally change these Promotion Terms and Conditions (without prior notice or reason), unless such changes are to the detriment of the Participants. A unilateral change is not permitted in this case. Amayzine will post an amended version of the rules on the website www.amayzine.com/winactie.

9. Miscellaneous
- The Promotion is in accordance with the Promotional Games of Chance Code of Conduct 2014.
- Questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be made known to Amayzine.com via info@amayzine.com. A written complaint can also be submitted to the Kansspelautoriteit, PO Box 298, 2501 CG The Hague. The Kansspelautoriteit will inform Amayzine upon receipt of a complaint.

10. Applicable law
The Promotion, these Promotion Terms and Conditions and any disputes relating to the Promotion are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes in connection with the Promotion or the Promotion Terms and Conditions will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam.
