How then, we thought for a moment when we saw this photo. But it really happened. And Tygo Gernandt, Anna Drijver, and Benja Bruijning have also stripped down. They all have the same reason, because luckily, my god, there is a serious reason behind it.
It's for a good cause, the FishLove campaign. They want to draw attention to overfishing in Europe. In other words: too many fish are being caught for us, humans, and this cannot continue.
Yolanthe says about it: “We need to learn to take better care of our planet and its natural resources, especially as a mother I am aware of this. I really want my child and all other children to be raised in a way that they can enjoy nature, that they learn to treat our planet with care, and that they are aware of the fact that not everything is infinite.”
International celebrities have also drawn attention to overfishing with such a provocative photo. Among others, Sean Penn, Emma Thompson, Judi Dench, and Paris Jackson participated in this somewhat ludicrous action. But well, it is an action that gets attention through the nakedness, and then holding a dead fish while naked, but it works. Go, Yo.
