4 facts you want to know about Baby Sussex

Baby Sussex is one week old, so let's catch you up on Archie and company. Because what's the deal with his name and do we really understand that Harry and Meghan have no custody? Read along.
His name
There are several theories circulating about why it became Archie Harrison. Meghan's second name Rachel was brought up as an acronym, it would be Harrison as in Harry's son, but there is a much sweeter explanation being whispered. Harry is said to have served with Major Tom Archer-Burton, who carries the nickname Archie. He ensured that Harry was stationed in Iraq and kept him out of the public eye. Something Harry still seems to be intensely grateful for, the two have been good friends ever since and it would therefore be a tribute to the major. An insider says he finds it a huge honor, but he is too modest to make a big deal out of it.
His guardian
An old British law from 1717 states that Queen Elizabeth is the guardian of Archie and not Harry and Meghan. Here's the deal: King George wasn't doing so well with his son King George the second, which led him to claim guardianship over his grandchildren. Quite bizarre, right? This means that Queen Elizabeth has guardianship over Archie and over the sprouts of William and Kate. Therefore, nothing was written down about custody during the divorce of Charles and Diana, because it belonged to Queen E.
His second home
It seems that Meghan and Harry are busy with a little place in the US, where his mother can occasionally catch her breath from all the royal madness. Officially, Elizabeth as guardian would even have to give permission if Megs leaves the country with the little one, but we expect she won't make a big deal out of it.
His mother's ex-husband
Is also back in the picture. In the week that Archie was born, Meghan's ex Trevor married Tracy in California. All's well that ends well. Meghan and Trevor split in 2013 and six years later they both have their happily ever after.
