‘Where coffee meets fashion’. And open from 8:00 AM in the morning. I've already taken a seat. Nice spot in the Pijp where you can order a good poached egg with Scandinavian salmon. Yum.

Babel, Public Library Amsterdam Oosterdok

Especially while writing a thesis, breakfast is about the most exciting activity of the day, so make it a good one. Bring your thesis buddy to Babel and treat them to a ‘Bananango’, which is a smoothie with banana, mango, and coconut milk.
