Tonight after 10 PM, the sun will only set. Bare legs under skirts, intense tingles to go for gin and tonics every evening. Yes, summer is fluttering in my stomach, and so it was time for a round of rooftop bars where you spontaneously gather your favorite people to enjoy an amazing view tonight. From Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, and Utrecht to Tilburg, Nijmegen, Groningen, and Maastricht: these are the eight best rooftop bars in the Netherlands. Where shall we meet this weekend?

Floor17 in Amsterdam

On top of the Ramada Apollo hotel, you will find Floor 17. On, yes, the 17th floor, you can have a great lunch, drinks, or dinner with, of course, a picobello cocktail in your hand and a fantastic view over Amsterdam.

Bleyenberg in The Hague

A favorite of mine is the rooftop bar of Bleyenberg. Especially order the pizza when you flop down on one of the couches with a view of the Grote Markt and the skyline of The Hague's city center. You won't regret it, I promise.

On the roof in Rotterdam

Just for the name, this spot in Rotterdam is on my must-visit list. Oh, and definitely check out the Instagram account if you're curious about the menu. The food looks unbelievably delicious.

Coffee, wine, and jazz in the mix is what makes Cappuvino the most sensitive spot in the city center of Groningen. Oh, and their cheesecake, Monchou cake, and Caramèl Delux. Heavens.
