Earning this amount per month makes you the happiest

I always get a bit grumpy about those studies that say: money doesn't make you happy. Yes, but I think, I would rather cry in a detached villa in Amsterdam than in a six-in-one roof in Huttekutteveen.
Money makes life easier. If you have too little to spend every month and to enjoy doing your thing, then you won't become a happier person, I think. So money may not make you happy, but it does make you happier. And no money makes you not happy at all. not happy at all, so to speak. But anyway. What is actually the best salary you can get? I hear you thinking: TONS! FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND! SIX MILLION! None of that is true. Research shows that the best salary for a full-time job is 2,117 euros per month.
With this amount, you can live comfortably. You can pay for a roof over your head, a good glass of wine on the weekend, dining out once, groceries at the Appie, that kind of idea. There is some money to shop with. Important. And: there might still be something left to save. Therefore, according to many, this is the ideal amount to have deposited into your account monthly.
By the way, it does vary a bit by age. People under 34 years old find a salary of 1,800 euros per month quite acceptable. They can get by well with that. But if you are between 35 and 54 years old, you need a bit more to be oh so happy: €2,339 per month. But in any case, no tens of thousands of euros. That greed is of no use, it turns out. And it's not necessary to become happier. But yes, if you get this as a salary in that villa in Amsterdam, it's still nicer than those six under one roof in... Right?
