Justin and Hailey postpone wedding again

Wow, they really know how to keep it exciting. And we just keep waiting for that dress. Biebs and his Hailey just can't seem to pick a suitable date for their wedding party.

According to TMZ, the biggest wedding has now been postponed for the third time. Reason? A number of the important invited A-listers turned out to be unavailable.
