Must visit: the west coast of Australia

G’day, mate. If Australia is on the agenda, the herd usually heads in a straight line towards the Sydney side, but may I make a suggestion? We did the west coast for a road trip, from Perth to Albany. About 645 kilometers on the clock, along the most beautiful white beaches, rocks, turquoise sea and (yes) here and there a shark. So check the warnings first before you take a dive. There are also plenty of dolphins if you prefer those, so don’t forget to plan a boat trip. Along the way, stop at the Valley of the Giants, yes more trees, but you can take a walk through the treetops and you don’t want to miss that. Drive south and make a pit stop at the Natural Bridge, where the water crashes against it with such force that you really don’t want to try to cross it (that didn’t end well for quite a few people). Finally, stop in Albany, as it was discovered by the Dutchman Francois Thijssen. If you go in the right season, you might just encounter whales near Albany or Perth. What I said: don’t skip the west coast of Australia.
