No joke: from Chanel to Prada; the old-school walking sandal is hot

Blame it on the ugly dad sandals or the comfort of your grandpa, but these days it's the walking sandals that are threatening to become a real hit. Let me start by saying it sounds worse than it is. I mean: if Chanel, Miu Miu, Prada, Marc Jacobs, and Marni are working on it, the models are moving down the runway in combination with the most beautiful fashion creations AND the early adopters are proudly showing them on their Instagram accounts, they become increasingly interesting. Will this be a summer hit that we need to get used to just like the Birkenstocks, flip-flops, and gigantic sneaker soles or is it really: no way, José? Just take a look for yourself and see what you think. Will you let me know?
