The big vegetable crust pizza test

I had seen them pass by in the ads and also lying on the shelves, but despite my curiosity, I chose the old familiar dough crust every time. Until today. We stepped out of our comfort zone and filled the oven with a cauliflower pizza crust topped with chicken, cheese, and roasted peppers, and a spinach pizza crust topped with broccoli, mozzarella and mushrooms.
