The tastiest Mother's Day breakfast for tomorrow

pancakes

A thousand and one studies show every year that a mother prefers to spend time with children on Mother's Day. Sure, a present is nice, but quality time is apparently more fun. And because you used to try but can do much better now, here's the breakfast from FavorFlav you're going to make her happy tomorrow. Do you do this box or this fragrance there for guidance and her day cannot fail.

Ingredients

- 200 ml buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- small pinch of salt
- 130 g flour
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- butter for frying

To serve

- blueberries or other fruit
- maple syrup

Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, egg, vanilla and the melted butter. Mix the dry ingredients (salt, flour, baking powder and sugar) in a separate bowl and stir this mixture into the buttermilk mixture.

Get a pan well heated and heat a little butter in it. There is also already butter in the pancakes, so don't put too much butter in the pan. Scoop batter into the pan with a spoon (use an ice cream scoop if you have one, as it is the perfect size). Fry the pancakes for about 1 to 2 minutes per side until golden brown. Don't put too many in the pan, three at a time is fine.

Serve with blueberries and yummy maple syrup.
