This is how you become the most popular mom in the neighborhood

“We eat fries quite often,” says my 10-year-old daughter. “The teacher says that’s bad.”
I reply that she should tell the teacher that we make them in the Philips Airfryer The teacher agreed, as long as we make the fries ourselves from peeled potatoes. Well, I don’t do that every day, but tomorrow I will peel some nice bintjes (they are nice and long and have a lot of starch, perfect) which I will sprinkle with fleur de sel from the Camargue.
But anyway, the moral is that the Philips Airfryer is the secret to a cozy, quick, safe, and healthy household. Yes, there’s a huge Martha Stewart living inside me, you know. I’ll list why I’m so happy with mine. In random order.
1. You don’t have to preheat it.
Nope, it’s ready to use immediately, just like that.
2. It has a very easy-to-use button
With which you scroll through different programs where the Airfryer indicates at what temperature you make that dish. Fries, chicken, cake, vegetables, fish; everything has its own temperature indication.
3. All parts are dishwasher safe
It’s very easy to disassemble and everything can be put in the dishwasher in parts.
4. It has a keep-warm function
Is your dish ready but you don’t want to serve it yet? Then you leave it in the keep-warm mode. It doesn’t continue to cook, but stays at the right temperature. Ideal, right?
5. Everything can go in it
I have a baking tray, reusable muffin holders, a grill set, a pizza master, a light snack set on which you can place your bitterballen (there are also delicious vegan bitterballen available), so it’s really not the case that you only use the Airfryer for things you would otherwise put in the fryer. Muffins, a nice piece of fish or meat, everything can go in.
6. Up to 90% less fat
That’s what you want, right?
7. No nasty frying smell
That was really a reason for me not to get a fryer.
8. Easy to clean
Changing the frying oil in a fryer… Not my favorite chore. That’s all in the past now.
9. It’s from Philips
I’m a strong chauvinist and proud of Philips and their inventions. The Airfryer is one of them.
