This is where the star chefs order food themselves

As soon as I click on ‘order’, I get huge cognitive dissonance, because what if the food is better somewhere else? There go our neighbors FavorFlav who will help us from now on, because they managed to get the home delivery addresses of the star chefs. And if it's good enough for Joris Bijdendijk, then it's good enough for us.
Since I could talk, I've been asking questions. Good questions, stupid questions (because yes, they definitely exist), strange questions, and useful questions. In this column, I do that too. Asking questions. To (star) chefs. Every week a different one. Not a different chef, but a different question. This week: do you ever order something via a delivery app?
Joris Bijdendijk (RIJKS *): “I've done it five times, three times it was pizza.”
Jacob Jan Boerma (De Leest ***): “No, I never do that.”
Soenil Bahadoer (De Lindehof **): “Sure, sushi or pizza with spicy tuna. A bit of Netflix, nice.”
Pascal Jalhay: “No, I hate laziness. That's trap number one. When I eat at home, I cook myself.”
Schilo van Coevorden (Conservatorium Hotel): “Thai at Thai From Sky on Kostverlorenhof in Amsterdam. I always take the same: the green curry.”
Edwin Vinke (De Kromme Watergang **): “Never. Apps like UberEats and Deliveroo we don't even have in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. We did start our own street food restaurant in Middelburg on October 5, Hard & Ziel, where we will order all sorts of things, tom kha kai, curries, Londonderry soup, smoked carrot sandwich, ramen, and beef rendang.”
Freek van Noortwijk (including Breda, Guts & Glory, Maris Piper): “Roti at Tandoori Express on Kinkerstraat. I prefer Hindustani roti over Surinamese. It's richer in flavor due to the garam masala.”
Jonnie Boer (De Librije***): “Never done it.”
Onno Kokmeijer (Ciel Bleu**): “Yes, at King’s Roti in Almere.”
Sergio Herman (including The Jane**, Pure C, Frites Atelier): “No, I haven't dealt with that yet.”
