Trailer and release date of To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before out

Whether you have a lover or not, Valentine's Day 2020 is going to be awesome. Two days before that, part two of To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before is finally coming out and I personally think that's pretty good news. We've been waiting quite a while for this. Just a quick refresher: part one is already from 2018. Look, Netflix, I just don't get it. You could have expected this to be a hit, right? So just keep going, put some gas on that lollipop and don't make us wait two years. I don't understand that at all.
But anyway, that wait is almost over and on February 12 we can see how things have progressed with Lara Jean (Lana Condor) and Peter (Noah Centineo). Luckily, we also saw Noah Centineo in The Perfect Date in the meantime (I don't think there's a more fitting title for him in the lead role), but as Peter, he's really the best. And still head over heels for Lara Jean (where do you find such sweet guys in real life? Asking for a friend...), and it all seems to be mutual and peachy, but then the movie would be over pretty quickly.
Because part one ended quite happily and a so happy together for the two, in this second part, Lara Jean seems to be doubting a bit. Well, actually, there are other suitors on the horizon that she is charmed by. We do see Lara Jean and Peter doing all sorts of ‘first’ things. A first real date, a real first kiss, and so on. Yes, of course, we saw that in part one, but that wasn't entirely sincere.
So plenty of romance, that's for sure. Until that suitor on the horizon comes along, which is a boy to whom Lara Jean has also written a letter (busy girl she was with all those love letters). And he seems to be interested in her too. I'm really fully Team Peter, but judging by the trailer (which is, by the way, so over-the-top romantic and sweet and I love it) this could still go wrong. If you want to know that now, you can also just read the second book, To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before: P.S. I Still Love You, but I'm not going to spoil it for myself. And Netflix, last question; can we just go straight into part 3? Not another two-year wait come on.
