On the summer wishlist: a western-ish ankle boot. Not in the category of hillbilly from Texas, but something that comes a bit close. Well, I found them, through our Scandinavian supplier. I must/will/want the boots from Ganni.

Why? Around the ankle, they leave exactly the space that prevents your legs (to put it very bluntly) from becoming sausages bursting out of their jackets. The space creates the suggestion of a slender and slim ankle, even if you don't have one. The curve breaks the sharp line on the leg, so you don't get a tight sightline and this looks just a bit nicer. Black, because I love black. And the western touch because it works well under dresses and pants. Mix these ingredients and you have them, my upcoming Ganni’s.
