Earlier this week I wrote about the cutest video moment between the newly born baby girl Banks Violet and her mommy Hilary Duff. Not long after, I scrolled (because I was instantly in love with mother and daughter) through the photos of Banks on Hilary’s Instagram and came across the cutest baby accessory ever.
