This is the coziest summer drink of 2019

When I stroll along the terraces in the summer and finally find that perfect spot in the sun, I usually start with a glass of wine, but when you say summer, you say cocktails, so they follow quickly. You can never have enough recipes for summer drinks, right? That's why today we present our favorite: an Italian Aperol Spritz in a new outfit. To lick your fingers, cheers!

What do you need for one cocktail?

Ice cubes
90 ml prosecco
60 ml Aperol
60 ml watermelon juice
A little ginger juice
1 piece of watermelon to top it off
