Whoever has a birthday gets treated, right?

Actually, I would like to conduct a study on the type that says they have nothing to do with their own birthday. I don't understand them. With a bit of luck, you start a birthday at night with wine, you sleep in a bit on the day itself and receive breakfast and gifts (!). This can optionally be on a bed or not, and you eat and drink throughout the day with everyone you love. I mean: party. And if there's one thing I love to celebrate, it's parties, especially when I'm the guest of honor. It should be clear: I enjoy being birthday.

This year I'm celebrating my birthday abroad, which makes it a bit more complicated to celebrate with everyone you love, so we're postponing that part for now. I've covered the food and drinks, so don't worry about that, so the gift is actually the only thing that remains. Now my boyfriend is coming along and I've whispered ‘Danish’ more than once and then also ‘Design’. So I hope he understood where this was leading. Right, to the Akilia Mini Swing. A watch with a bit of your favorite grandma (the clock) and a bit of yourself (the band that wraps around your wrist twice).

A watch alone is just so lonely, and with the Akilia made of stainless steel, you can layer it up. The one in silver matches my new shell acquisition from Malta and sits next to the one with the charm from when I turned ten. But if I suddenly decide I want it completely different, I can also do that with the quick release that allows you to change the watch band in a nanosecond. Oh, and if he completely missed the hint, we can just say: whoever has a birthday treats. Himself, in this case. Solved again.
