Why the whole world suddenly drinks celery juice

Juices made from celery

We drink liters of cold-pressed juice, I don't actually know why it has to be cold pressed, but we drink it. You're either part of the juice generation or you're not. Just on Monday, we had 17 bottles and 6 shots delivered, all for the immune system. But suddenly there was suspiciously a lot of celery juice a.k.a. celery juice in between, and that was new in the assortment. Suddenly, celery juice is flying at me, and I'll find out for you what it does.

  1. It hydrates and does wonders for your moisture balance.
  2. It helps to drive that moisture away again, which makes your bloated feeling disappear.
  3. Celery contains no sugar, making it perfect for all your healthy unsalted and unsweetened intentions.
  4. Celery is packed with antioxidants, which have anti-inflammatory effects in the case of the flu.
  5. It does everything for your circulation, blood vessels, and blood pressure.
  6. A stalk of celery contains only 9 calories, so that's also beneficial.
  7. Celery is the miracle cure for your stomach and metabolism.

Really, I suddenly have an insane craving for a celery juice. Doctors say that about 500 milliliters on an empty stomach works best to get the flora and fauna in your intestines at their peak.

What you need:

A bunch or two of celery for the blender. You could brighten it up a bit with an apple, cucumber, and mint if you're not so fond of celery, but in that case, I would just keep looking for another juice that does everything for you.
