5 questions you should ask yourself right now
Okay, maybe it's not five, but fifty-two. Divided into five categories. With more time than ever to think, I present to you: the questions you really want to ask yourself during this period. Take a walk outside and think about it calmly. Here it comes.
How am I doing?
How does this extra time make you feel? Did you need this? What do you do to show yourself that you care about yourself? Did you have too little me-time? Are you a night owl or an early bird? How can you ensure that you apply this habit in the rest of your lifestyle? Do you think enough about yourself or have you always put yourself last? Do you take good care of yourself and your body? How does that show?
How am I doing in love?
Are you where you want to be? Are you happy with your choices? Are you honest with yourself? Are you with someone but feel that this is no longer it, or do you realize that you are incredibly happy and ready for the next step with your partner? Is this the person you want to think about having children with? Are you single but longing for love? Is it time to take action now? Have you been unfaithful, and if so, why? Do you have too little sex, and if so, why? Do you feel more connection with your love during this period, and if so, why? How is your love life really doing?
How am I doing at work?
Again: are you where you want to be? Where does your passion lie? Do you enjoy what you do? Do you feel valued? Are you getting the most out of yourself? Are you still developing? If you weren't afraid of anything, what would you love to do? What are your short-term goals? And long-term? What are you most proud of?
How are my connections doing?
Who or what makes me feel comfortable and chill? Where do I feel the safest? Who gives you positive energy? Who are your friends? Are you an introvert or an extrovert? Do you get energy when surrounded by people or when you are alone? What do you enjoy doing in your free time? What new activities do I want to try?
How is your dark side doing?
Could you be friends with yourself? What are the weaknesses of your character? What are you ashamed of? What are you currently worried about? When you're not feeling great, what do you prefer to do to get out of a slump? What is your biggest failure? What does your inner critic tell you?
